Refunds & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange, kindly provide a clear image of the defective or damaged product.

Non-returnable items:

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Returns

To return your product, please use Pep Paxi for shipping. Kindly be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your return is eligible for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
